That in accordance with the provisions oi Section 11 Road Boards Act, ISB2, it was resolved :— That the Olive Road Board District be divided into three Wards, to be respectively i/alled the Clive Ward, the Tuki Tuki Ward, and Pakowhai Ward. That the Board in future consist of seven Members. That tho portion of the District lying to the south of the Tuki Tuki be willed the Tuki Tuki Ward, returning two Members to the Board.
