At the annual meeting of the Kempthorne and Frosser New Zealand JJrug Company yesterday the report was adopted. It recommended a dividend of 10 per cent., and the eariying forward of a balance of £7-20, besides the £")00 voted by the company to the staff. Mr Kempthorne, the managing director, said he was so well pleased with the way the business was carried on duringhis illness that he intended himself giving £.jOO to the staff.
