That the Board in future consist of seven Ale-mbiTS. That the portion of the District, lying to the south of the Tuki Tuki be called the Tuki Tuki AVard. returning two .Members p, the- Board. That the portion of the District lying bctAveen thoTukiTiiki aud Ngaruroro rivers be called the Clive Ward, returning throe Alembers to the Hoard. THE PETITION of the undersigned Ratepayers of the Tamumu and Oero Road Districts in the County of AVaipawa Humbly Shcwcth, — rjMIATiI is desirable to alter part of the JL Boundary Lines between the Tamumu and Oero Districts. THAT the present portion of the Boundary Line between the Tamumu and Oero Districts, commencing at the north-east corner of Block 30, Mangakuri District, at a point Avhere the said Bloe;k joins the Mangakuri stream, and running from thence in a. southerly direction to the Omakaro stream,, and from thence in an easterly direction to the sea, be abolished aud the following boundaries substituted in lieu thereof, viz. : — Commencing at tiio north-cast corner of Block 29, Mangakuri District, where it joins the Mimgurara. stream, thence in an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Line of said Block 29, and Blocks 28, 27, 20, 20, and part of Block 21, thence iv a north-easterly direction to the: northeast corner of said Block 21, thence iv it- southerly direction along tho eastern Boundary Line of said Block 21, to the south-west corner of Block 23, thence in an easterly direction along the southern Boundary Jjiue of Miiiel Block 23, to its southeast corner, thence in a southerly direction to the north-west corner of Block 38, thence in an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Lino of Blocks 38 and 3!l, to the north-east corner of Block 39, thence in ii northerly direction to the northeast corner of Block 10, thence in an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Lino of Block 10 to the sea.
