We continue our report of the annual meeting of the above commenced in last evening's issue: — On "the statement of accounts being adopted, a report was read from the auditors expressing satisfaction with the manner in which the secretary kept the accounts. It was decided that a purple lecture be held at the close of the district meeting, and also any further meeting as directed by the district officers.

The district rules, as printed, were passed with some alteration, and the secretary was authorised to have • them printed with schedule attached. It was also agreed that the late committee have power to make any alteration in the rules that may be required.

After some little discussion it was resolved that the next district meeting should be held at Hastings. The sum of £10 was voted for a presentation to P.P.G.M. Bee for the very efficient manner in which he had acted on behalf of the district, and a very hearty vote of thanks was also accorded to him. It was resolved that the presentation bo made at the next district meeting, and the following were appointed as a committee to consider the form the presentation should take : — Bros. C.S. Fielder, P.G. Waddell, and P.G. W. H. Cooper. The following district officers were elected for the ensuing term: —P.G.M., Bro. P.D.G.M. Collett; D.P.G.M., Bro. P.G. Waddell ; Auditors, Bros. P.G. Cooper, P.G. Sidey, and P.G. Combs; Relieving Officer, P.G. Mogridge. A vote of thanks way passed to the retiring officers. The newly elected P.G.M. and D.P.G.M., having been duly installed, returned thanks for their election, and the meeting adjourned.
