The barque Victor, just arrived at Newcastle, reports that, on the ">th instant, she found the wreck of • a large vessel bottom upwnrds off the coast of Tasmania. The wreck is believed to be that of the brig Louisa, which left Ilobart on the 10th December for Melbourne, and has not sinco been heard of.
