In pursuance of the provisions of the . " Counties Act, 1.0," and the "Counties i Act, 1576 Amendment Act, 1882," the County Council of Hawke's Bay do order as follows, that is to say :-■- ---1. Any pigs or goats found running at large may be impounded by any person in any public pound or in any enclosure specially appointed for the purpose by the Council, and publicly notified. Such enclosure shall, for the purpose of this bye-law only, be deemed a public pound, and the like fees and damages shall be payable in respect of any pigs or goats impounded therein, as in the case of a public pound. 2. The owner of any pig or goat found running at large shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfeit aud pay any sum not exceeding .CI for every pig or goat so found running at large, to be recovered in the manner provided by the 20Sth section of the "Counties Act, 1876." THAT the present portion of the Boundary Lino between the Taniumu and Oero Districts, commencing at the jiurth-east corner of Block 30, Mangakuri District, at a point where the said Block joins the Mangakuri stream, and running from thence in a southerly direction to the Omakarc stream, and from thence in an easterly direction to the sea, be abolished and the following boundaries substituted in lieu thereof, viz.: — Commencing at the north-east corner of Block 2.., Mangakuri District, whore it joins the Mangarara stream, thence iv an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Line of said Block 2!), and Blocks _, 27, 26, 25, and part of Block 21, thence in a north-easterly direction to the northeast corner of said Block 21, thence in it southerly direction along the eastern Boundary Line of said Block 21, to tho south-west corner of Block 23, thence iv an easterly direct tion along the southern, Boundary Line of said Block 23, toils south-, east corner, thence in a southerly direction to the north.-west corner of Block 38, thence in, an, easterly direction along the ij.-j.-1 hern Boundary Line of Blocks 38 and 3'J, to the north-east corner of Block 39, thence in a northerly direction to the northeast corner of Block 10, thence in an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Line of Block -10 to the sea.
