AlcAlahon and Nelson v.' Howard Bros.— Claim of £16 15s 9d for labor performed. Defendants admitted the claim, less £1 10s, for scheduled work in the contract' between the parties omitted or' improperly done. Judgment for plaintiffs for £15 15s 9d and costs.
