PARIS.
February 27. A man named Byrne has been arrested here, the British Government having demanded his extradition. He is charged with complicity in the recently disclosed Irish conspiracies. Mr Gladstone arrived here to-day from Cannes. He will have an interview with several leading- French statesmen during his stay, and a banquet Avill be given in his honor at the British embassy.
