THE PETITION of the undersigned Ratepayers of the Taniumu and Oero Road Districts in the County of Waipawa Humbly Shewcth, — ripilAT it is desirable to alter part of the X Boundary Lines between the Tamumu and Oero Districts. THAT tho present portion of the Boundary Line between the Tamumu and Oero Districts, commencing at tho north-east corner of Block 30, Mangakuri District, at a point where the said Block joins the Mangakuri stream, and running from theuce in a southerly dirc-tion to the Omakaro stream, and from thence in an easterly direction to the sea, be abolished and the following boundaries substituted in lieu thereof, viz. : — Commencing at tho north-east corner of Block 29, Mangakuri District, where it joins the Mangarara stream, thence iv an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Line of said Block 29, and Blocks 28, 27, 20. 25, aud part of Block 21, thence in a north-easterly direction to the northeast corner of said Block 2t, theuce in a southerly direction along the eastern Boundary Line of said Block 24, to the south-west corner of Block 23, theuce in an easterly direction along the southern Boundary Line of said Block 23, to its southeast earner, thence in a southerly direction to the north-west corner of Block 38, thence in an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Line of Blocks 38 and 39, to the north-east corner of Block 39. thence iv a northerly direction to the northeast corner of Block 40, thence iv an easterly direction along the northern Boundary Line of Block 40 to the sea. Your Petitioners therefore pray that the present described Boundary Lines between the Tamumu and Oero Road Districts be altered, aud tho new Boundaries as hereinbefore described substituted in lieu thereof.
