REEFTON.
This day. A meeting of Mr Reeves' supporters was held here on Saturday night. About twenty persons were present. A resolution was carried that he was a most n't and proper person to succeed Mr Westou for Inangaliua. Among other candidates mentioned are Mr E. Wakefield, of Timaru, Mr E. Shaw and Mr W. M'Lean, of Wellington, Mr 13. Rickes, of Christchurch, and Mr Bowen, of Reefton. There is likely to be a keen contest.
