Government is unable to continue his payments after having made three yearly payments, he can— (a) Sell his Policy back for one generally greater than the amount he has paid, free of all Premiums ; or (/>) Hecanhave CREDIT,for Premiums in arrear, until (with interest at G per cent.) they exceed the surrender value; or (c) He can have a LOAN for 90 per cent, of the surrender value, at 7 per cent, interest.
