HAWKE'S BAY PERMANENT BUILDING and INVESTMENT SOCIETY. Annual General Meeting. THE SEVENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Members of the above Society -will be field at the Society's Office, Tennyson-street, Napier, on THURSDAY, the Ist of February, 1883, at 8 o'clock. Business :—To receive the Report of the Committee, and the Accounts of tho Society for the past year. To elect three Members of Committee, and two Auditors who retire in accordance with the Rules. And for the transaction of any other business that may be brought before it. Special General Meeting. At the close of the Annual General Meeting above-named, a Special General Meeting of Members will be held for the purpose of having the Society incorporated under the "Building Societies' Act, 1880," and also for the amendment of the Rules to make the same in conformity with the provisions of the said Act.
