DUNEDIN.
This day. Patrick Walsh, proprietor of the Helensbrook flour mill, near Tokomairiro, was caught by a shaft in his mill, and was dragged up, but managed to hold on to something till he was relieved. He had every stitch of clothing torn off, and was much strained and bruised. The residence of Mr Rutherford, M.H.R., near Kaitangata, was burned down last Wednesday. It was insured, it is stated, for only £50.
