CONSTANTINOPLE.
January 24. It has transpired that communications have recently jiassed betAveen the Porte and the French Government regarding the circular note issued to the Great PoAvers on the sth instant by the English Government, in which it explained its intentions Avith regard to Egypt. It is now understood that the Ottomau Government is preparing to protest against tho policy avowed by England, and has received an assurance of support by the French GoA-ernment from their representative at Stamboul.
