DUNEDIN.
This day. The report of the directors of the Colonial Bank, to bo presented at the meeting on the 31st instant, shows the net profits for tho half-year to be £20,234, and the amount available for division to be £21,500, which they recommend to bo thus applied: —To add to the reserve fund, £5000: payment of dividend at seven per cent, per annum, £14,000; balance carried forward, £2500.
