At their wool sales to-day Messrs Goldsboro' aud Co. (limited) sold 1700 bales. Competition was brisk, and there was a large attendance of buyers. Fine qualities were in very good demand. Greasy wools realised up to 123 d, and scoured to 20d. This day. The Union Steamship Company of New Zealand have sent to Adelaide to claim the gold which was found amongst the effects of the deceased steward of the Tararua.
