The Bill was received with uproar, and has been referred to a committee. General Todlcben is reported to be seriously ill. The King of the Belgians has recovered from his late indisposition. It is reported that the Duke of Edinburgh has agreed to accept a million sterling for the surrender of his claims on the Duchy of Sax-Coburg.
