At an Executive Council meeting yesterday the following gentlemen were appointed members of a board to inquire into the causes of the Hawthorn railway Messrs AVorthiugton, Dodgshun, Bnght Collier, and Ross! The Council meeting w * prosided over by Sir Bryan O'Loghlan tto Premier, the Governor being absentowin to the illness of the Marcluoncss of Noimanby.
