AVellington, This day. The weather is fine, with a fresh N,E. breeze blowing, and tho day is genera Unobserved as a holiday, being the anniversary of the colony and province. The regatta is proceeding, and several races have been started, but none arc yet decided. For Coaster's Race five started. The wind seemed to suit the Torca, wlu'ch went off in fine style, and is now coming up with a lead on the first round. The Clematis is a good second to windward. The Naval Brigade cutter upset in the harbour, but all hands were saved.
