England v. Atjstkaha. [by cable.] Melboukne, January 19. The cricket match between the Australian and English Elevens was commenced here to-day. The weather was fine, and the attendance of spectators large, great interest being taken in the contest. The Englishmen went in first, and at the clone of the day's play had scored 24S runs, with seven wickets down. The following are the scores:— Barlow, bowled .. .. 14 C. T.
