Mr Sutton is well known as the largest prize-taker at all the principal Shows in the South Island. Instructed by P. C. Threlkeld, Esq., of Canterbury. 13.3 LINCOLN RAMS, ' 2 and -1-tooth. For quality and evenness these will be found to surpass any forwarded by Mr Tlirclkeld at previous Ram Fairs. They have been, as usual with this reliable breeder, most carefully selected. 110 PURE LINCOLN "RAMS, 2 and •1-tooth, bred by Philip Dolbol, Esq., of Puketapu. These well-known and favorite sheep arc bred with care from the highest class imported rams, several first prize-taker*. Tlockowners who have used them in past years testify to their progeny being thoroughly good. Instructed by J. Messrs Douglas are well known in the North, and have taken a number of prizes at the Auckland and other Shows. The wool is of the finest quality and weight, his rams clipping up to 2-ilb wool each. Instructed by J. E. Goose, Esq., Kaikora — 30 LINCOLN RAMS, 2, A, and G-tooth. Bred by J. Allen, Esq., ofTaicri, Otago. These sheep were selected in Otago by Mr Goose, who picked all his sheep before shearing. Instructed by Messrs Royse and Anderson, Kereru— 1 TURE LINCOLN RAM, A years. Bred by Messrs Urquhart. Victoria. This Ram took first prize in his class at the Melbourne Show, and second champion prize for the best Longwool Ram in the Show. Bred by T. Instructed by Trustees of Messrs Stokes BrosV Estate, Milbourne — 40 LINCOLN RAMS, 3-year-old, out of Milbourne Ewes, by one of the N.Z. and A. Land Co.'s rams. ROMNEY-MARSH RAMS. Instructed by Hon. Matthew Holmes, of Oamaru - 23 ROMNEY-MARSH RAMS, 2-tooth. These Bams arc really good, and the Romueys are coming into favor now, being finer than the Lincolns. PURE MERINO RAMS. Instructed by I). Goli.an, Esq.— 30 MER IN O RAM S, "_' -1 oot h. These are bred from a pure Gibson Ram, and are very good, Mr Gollan taking champion prize at the late Show, and other first prizes. Instructed by Trustees Stokes Estate, Milbourne— •10 PURE MERINO RAMS, 2 and Itooth. Instructed by Messrs and Anderson, Kereru---Note.-The undermentioned Rams, bred by this firm will all be brought to the yards for positive sale. ■I.') ME R T N O R AM S, G-tooth. GO ME R I N O R A M S, -1-tooth. 70 M E R I N O RA M S, 2-tooth. These are bred from pure Wyndham Rams and Ewes, and have been carefully selected, the owners reserving none for their own use. This breed is fast coming to the front, Messrs Royse and Anderson having taken no less than six prizes at our last Annual Show. Instructed by J. Anderson, Sen., Moteo— 3 PURE VERMONT AMERICAN MERINO RAMS, 1-tooth. 3 PURE WYNDHAM MERINO RAMS 1-tooth. These are a very superior class of Rams, the wool being of beautiful quality and very dense, and they arc grand constitution sheep. Also--20 PURE WYNDHAM-STUD EWES, Equal to any imported.
