Captain Chatfield, arrived in our roadstead ut about daylight this morning from Auckland via Gisborne, and was tendered later on !>y the lighters Sir Donald and Three Brothers for cargo and wool, of -which there was a considerable quantify. The Boojum tendered for mails and passengers as usual, taking off the outward ones at 11.30 a.m., the Wairarapa .taking her departure for Southern ports and Melbourne at 1. o'clock. The s.s. Fairy left for Mahia at about _ o""clock last evening. The p.s. Manaia, Captain Baxter. steamed for Wairoa at S o'clock last evening, taking four racehorses, a good cargo, arid a large compliment of passengers. Shewill probably be leaving again for the same place on Tuesday next at 10 a.m. The s.s. Maori Captain Anderson, which left Wairoa at 11 o'clock" yesterday, called at Mohaka in rot'lr and shipped 13 bales of wool. She left the latter place at 3 o'clock this morning, arriving here at 7_ o'clock. She will be leaving again for Wairoa on Tuesday next. The steamer Kiwi. Captain J. Campbell, left Wellington at 0 o'clock on Thursday night, and ariived at Castle Point at 10 o'clock next morning: landed mails, passengers and cargo, and left again at noon, arriving here at 3 o'clock this morning, an I v.-as berthed inside by the pilot at d o'clock. She brings 200 tons of cargo for this port, a considerable portion of which consists of transhipped goods out of the ship Lady Joi-elyn. She will be .-teaming again for AYellington and the coast at -1.30 p.m. thi- (lav. The Union Steamship Company's s.s. Manapouri, Captain Logan, arrived in the bay from Wellington, Southern ports, and Melbourne at 10 o'clock this morning, and was shortly afterwards tendered by the Boojum for passengers and the lighters Admiral and Sir Donald for cargo and livestock. The steamer is announced to leave tor Gisborne, Auckland, Bay of Islands, and Sydney, at 7 o'clock to-night. The launch Boojum is announced to leave for Wairoa at 0 o'clock ou Wednesday morning.
