BOROUGH OF NAPIER, "Dog Registration Act, ISSO." rpHE attention of OWNERS of DOGS JL is directed to Section 4of " The Dog Registration Act, 1880," which is as folloavs :— "Any person Avho shall keep any Dog Avithin the Colony of a greater ago than six months, for a period of fourteen days, Avithout causing such Dog to be Registered, and such Registration to be made again from year to year, shall be liable to a penalty of FIVE POUNDS for every such Dog, over and above the amount of any fee payable in respect of the Registration of such Dog." The Registration of Dogs Avithin the Borough of Napier will commence on the Ist of January next. Registration fee : Ten shillings, payable to Sergt.
