"jyOT'lCrc is hereby given that the School _1_ \ District known as Meanee cum Taradale, the Boundaries of which were advertised in the Hawke's Bay Herald and Daily Teleoraph of December 22nd, 1881, has been divided into two School Districts, to be hereafter known as "The Taradale School District." and "The Meanee School District." The Taradale School District includes that portion of the old Meanee cum Taradale District which lies to the West, of the Boundary line hereunder described, and the Meanee School District includes the remaining portion of the old Meanee cum Taradale District. The following is the description of the Boundary Line separating the two Districts:- - " Starting from the North following the Taradale River-Conservators' Boundary, viz., the Purimu Creek to the Taradale-Meanee Road, thence at right angles to that Road to the Tutaekuri River, in a straight line to the road leading past the Little Bush in Pa pa k ura, and continuing along that line of road past Gilligau's, thence in a straight line fo the Boundary of the present District. 11.
