LONDON.
December The Imperial Parliament is summoned by proclamation issued this morning to meet on February 15th. A serious disaster, resulting in the loss of thirty lives, occurred at Bradford, in Yorkshire, yesterday. The chimney of one of the large woollen factories erected in the mill yard fell, and destroyed a portion of the buildinj;. A large number of operatives were seriously injured besides those killed. The wool, market shows a general tendency to advance. The new arrivals to date for the next series of sales amount to 50,000 bales.
