WELLINGTON.
December 28. The mail steamer City of Sydney, with the English mails, left 'Frisco for Auckland on tbe 18th instant, two days late. The steamer Australia, with the December colonial mails, arrived at 'Frisco from Auckland on the 25th instant, three days in advance of her due date.
