H.R.H. the Princess Louise, who is now travelling in Texas with the Marquis of Lome, will shortly proceed to Bermudas, in tbe West Indies, and will remain there during the winter.

Mr Parnell is now engaged in forming branches of Jhe new National League in various parts of Ireland. Tbe homeward mails via Suez and Brindisi, which left Melbourne on November 9, were delivered here to-day.

A fire broke out on board tbe ship Rangitikei, which recently arrived here from Lyttelton, on her homeward voyage. Part of the cargo had to be thrown overboard in consequence, and the remainder was much damaged.
