CLAUSE 28 • WHEN a Householder knows that a person within the house occupied by him is taken sick of Small-pox, Cholera, or any other highly infectious diseßse dangerous to the people, he shall immediately trire notice thereof to the Local Board of the district in which he dwellei If In refuses or neglects to give such notice he shall forfeit a sum not exceeding £10. It shall be the duty of the Medical Practitioner in attendance on such case to stite to the Householder, as early as possible, the infectious nature of such disease.' NOTICE i? hereby given that the following proposed Bye-kwa will be submitted to a Special Meet ing pf the Napier Harbour Board, to be held at 2 p,m,, on TUESDAY, the 19th instant, in the Council Chamber. FRANCIS E, SAUNDERS, Secretary, Harbor Board Office, Fort Ahuriri, 11th Dec, 1882: BYE-LAWS The Napier Harbor Board, by virtue of all powers and authorities invested in them by " The Harbors Act, 1878." do hereby make the following Bye-Lawa for the Port of Napier, and do hereby repeal all former Regulations (or any part or parts thereof) in anywise inconsistent with the Bye-Laws hereby made. CARGO SHEDS. 1, Cargo from any vessel may be deposited in the sheds duting wet weather, or when the business stores are closed, upon Application being made to the Wharfinger by the Agent of the vessel, a charge being made on non. dutiable goods of Is per torn 2, All coods deposited in the sheds to be removed within twelve working hours after being depoßited. A fee of 5s per ton per diem will be charged upon all goods left in the sheds after such period. . 3. The Agent of the vessel to have possession of tho keys of the shed during the time the goods are stored therein, and to be responsible for the safe custody of such goods, and for any fees that are due or may become due thereon to the Napier Harbor Board. 4.
