(By Cable.) London, November 30. Consols, 101 i The bank rate of discount remains at 5 and the market rate at 3|. The total reserve in notes and bullion in the Bank of England is £11,000,000, being £500,000 more than last week. The proportion of reserve to liabilities is 42 per cent. New Zealand securities are without quotable change. Colonial breadstuff's are unchanged. Adelaide wheat, ex-warehouse, 49/6 ; New Zealand, 44/ to 47/ ; Adelaide flour, exwarehouse, 34/; off coast cargoes of New Zealand wheat are quoted at 42/6. Australian tallow, best beef 42/, and best mutton 44/6. Sydney, December 1. New Zealand wheat, per bushel, 4/3 j New Zealand oats, 3/3 ; maize, 4/11 ; sugar, Company's No. 1 pieces, per ton, £35. Ihe market is stocked with inferior and damaged grain, hence the low quotations now ruling.
