KUMARA.

November 23. Mr Seddon, M.H.R., addressed a large meeting of electors at Dilmanstown last evening, reviewing his actions in the late session of Parliament. A vote of thanks and confidence wa<* unanimously carried. After hia address Mr W. Morris, on behalf of the miners of Kumara and Staffordtown, took the opportunity ot presenting him with a gold watch as a mark of esteem and of appreciation of his services on their behalf in the New Zealand Parliament.
