NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of tho Municipal Council held in the Council Chambers on Wednesday, the Bth of November inst, it was resolved :— " That it be a SPECIAL ORDER of this Council that the whole of the Clauses of the above Bye. Law No. 22 as now read be approved and adopted."
