NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of tho Municipal Council held in tho Council Chambers on Wednesday, the Bth of Novomber inst, it was resolved :— "That it be a SPECIAL ORDER of this Council that the wholo of tho Clauses of tho abovo Bye.Law No. 22 as now read be approved and adopted," And NOTICE is further given that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Council will be heldin tho Council Chambers, Napier, on WEDNESDAY, the Cth DECEMBER NEXT, immediately after the Ordinary Meeting of the said Council, for the purpose of confirming the aforesaid Resolution, By Order, M. Hawke's Bay County Council Office, Napier, November G, 1882 XN Accordance with the provisions of the " Counties Act, 1876," it is hereby notified that a Meeting of the Members of the County Council will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 22ud Gay of November instant, at 12 o'clock noon, in the usual place, viz., tie old Council Chamber, and shall proceed to elect a Chairman for tho ensuing twelve months.
