Knowles v. Dransfield.—Claim £10 8e 6d, goods and advertising. Judgment, by default, for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs £1, and solicitor's fee £1 Is. Mr Logan, on behalf of Mr Lascelles, appeared for the plaintiff. Tauhinu v. Alfred James. —Claim £9, value of nine pigs taken in March last. Judgment, by default, for amount claimed, with costs 16e, and solicitor's fee £1 Is. Mr Cornford appeared for the plaintiff. Vickers v Tomoana.—Claim £31145, goods sold and delivered. Judgment was comfessed, the Court allowing a solicitor's fee of £1 Is. Mr McLean appeared lor the plaintiff. Parker (Borough rate receiver) v. Coates. —Claim £13 3s 9d for rates. Judgment, by default, for amount claimed, with costs 19s, and counsel's fee 10s 6d.
Same v. Duval.—Claim 19s 6d for rates. Judgment hy default for amount claimed, with costs 7s.
Same v. Friend.—Claim 19s 6d for rates. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs 7s.
Same v. Ledger.—Claim 19s 6d for rates. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs 7s.
Same v. Same.—Claim 19a 6d for rates. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs 7s.
Same v. Thomas Lloyd.—Claim £1 19s for rates. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs 7s.
Same v. Same. —Claim 17 9d for rates. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs 7s.
Same v. Same.—Claim 17s 9d for rates. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with coets 7s.
Same v. Same.—Claim £5 2s 6d for rates. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs 11s, and solicitor's fee 10s 6d.
Judgment in favor of the same plaintiff was given for the recovery of rates due, with costs, &c, on various town and suburban sections, the owners of which are at preeent unknown.
In the several cases brought by the Receiver of Rates Mr Logan appeared for the plaintiff. There was no other business.
