No person allowed to enter a horse unless he is a subscriber of at least one guinea to the Club. All disputes, claims, or objections to be decided by a majority of the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, whose decision shall be final. All proteats to be accompanied with a deposit of two guireas, to be forfeited if the protest is considered fiivolous. Three horses to start for each race or only half the money will bs given. " Hack ' shall mean a horse that has never started in a weight for age or handicap race. Nominations for the Maiden Plate (with ages of horses) Handicap Hurdle Race, W.C.R.C. Handicap, and the Railway Handicap, accompanied with the necessary amount in cash, must be left with this Secretary at Kaikora not later thaa 8 p m. on the 9th December. Weights will appear on the 15th December; Acceptances for the Handicap Hurdle Race, W.C. R,C Handicap, and the Railway Handicap, accompanied with the necessary a-mountin cash, and colors of riders, must be left with the Secretary, not later than 8 p m, on the 23rd December.
