At the annual meeting of the Canterbury Farmers' Co-operative Association laet week the report showed that there were 543 members holding 2382 chares, or a capital of £11,190. The net profit for the year was £1177. The aseets of the associations were stated to be £37,054. It was resolved to carry £600 to the reserve fund, declare a dividend at the rate of six per cent, per annum, and return a bonus of 2f- per cent, on the gross purchases made by the members.
