[by cable/] London, October 10. Consols are unchanged at 101|, and NewZealand securities at yesterday's quotations. Tho bank rate of discount is 5 per cent., and the market rate 4-i. Adelaide wheat, ex-warehouse, remains at 475, and New Zealand ditto at 42s to 44s 6d ; Adelaide flour, ex-store, 335. Australian tallow, best beef 44s 6d, and best mutton 475. . Meibottene, October 11. Malting barley is firm at 5s Id to 5s 3d for superior quality. Shipping wheat has declined 2d to 3d during the week, and is quoted to-day ot 6s 7d to 6s 9d ; the market is dull. fc'ew Zealand oats are in good demand ; stocks are light, and prices have further advanced 2d to 3d during the week ; feeding qualities are worth 4s 4d to 4s 6d, and milling 4s od to 4s 7d.
