CROMWELL RACES.
(by telegraph.) Dunedin, October 9. At the Cromwell races the Cromwell Handicap was won by Rangatira, Haricot second. Rangatira was beaten on the post for the Spring Handicap by Resartus, owing to bad judgment on the part of the rider of the former.
