HORTICULTURAL SHOW PRIZES.
[To the Editor of the Daily Telegraph.! Sib,—l saw by this evening's paper that W. Hesebeck, Napier, in Class 43, Veri benas, best 6, was awarded first prize. Sir, I beg to state that George Saunders, gardener to J. N. Williams, took the prize for the six best verbenas, and also a special prize given by Mr Monteith, and a special prize for asparagus of eighteen heads given by Mr Beecroft, a cup value £1 Ib.
