[To the Editor of the Daily Telegraph.] S IR ,—Would you kindly answer the following questions to decide a wager : — Is Mr Jones the owner of Tidal Wave ? Is this horse trained at Chesterhope ? Are there any amateur bookmakers in Have"there been long odds laid against "Stiff-uns" in the Hurdles. How loDg has Tidal Wave been crooked? . „ Are owners or trainers of horses allowed by any rule of racing to participate in the benefits derived from a book ?
