No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and ohections arising, shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. AH proteatH must he accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys, sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained.
