Broughton, Beamish, Ferguson (2), J. Kirker, Turner, J. Skeon, P. J". Miller, Sutherland, H. L. Kaye, and one native. 10 —Maori, s.s., for Wavroa with several passengers. 11—Mahinapua, s.s,, for Southern ports. Passenger—Mr Murray. The Union Steamship Company's s.s. Manapouri, Captain Logan, arrived at this port at 4.30 p.m. on Saturday from Melbourne and Southern ports, and was at once tendered for inward mails and passengers by the Boojum, and by the ketch Admiral for cargo. The outward passengers taken off to this vessel at 8 o'clock, and at 3 o'clock yesterday morning she took her departure for Gisborne, Auckland, and Russell. We -were not furnished by the purser with a report of her passage. The s.s. Maori, Captain Anderson, left for Wairoa at 8 o'clock yestertlay morning, with several passengers and a full cargo, but when she got off the bar she found that the Bea was too heavy to cross, and was compelled to return to port, arriving at [) o'clock last night. She is to leave again at 11 o'clock to-night. The steamer Go-Ahead, Capt. P. Doilc, arrived here yesterday morning early from Wellington, and was brought inside at about noon and took up her berth at the cattlo wharf, where she discharged her cargo today, consisting of 170 tons, the greater part of which is transhipment goods out of the ships Norman McLeod, John Gambles, Annie Barr, and the City of Tanjore, now unloading in Wellington. The Go-Ahead is to leave again for Wellington at 5 o'clock to-night. The Union Steamship Company's s.s. Mahinapua, Capt. F. Jones, arrived hero from Auckland and Gisborne at 5 o'clock this morcing, and was brought inside soon afterwards. She brought about 40 tons of cargo for this port, which she discharged at the breastwork this morning, and at 1 o'clock to-day she left for Southern ports. The p.s. Manaia, Captain Baxter, is expected to leave for Wairoa at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning, taking cargo and passengers. The launch Boojuro, Captain Maloney, ia to leave for Wairoa at 11 o'clock to-night, taking a number of passengers. The lighters are discharging the RotomaLana's and Manapouri , s cargoes at the breastwork to-day. (by cable.) Londox, September 8. The Merchant Shipping and Underwriter's Association report the arrival of the ship Burnah from Lyttelton (sailed May 22). Melbottrse, September 3. Sailed, this morning, Union Company's 8.8. "VJ airarapa for New Zealand. September 11. Arrived, this morning, Orient steamship Cuzco from Plymouth. Amongst the passengers for New Zealand is Lord Clifford.
