Decemher. 19—Sir Donald, s.s., for Blackhead and Whangaehu. Passengers — Mrs McHardy and another. . ♦ ■ The s.s. Fairy, Capfc. Campbell, returned from Pouvercro last with a load of •wool, which shc.lrnnshipped to the Waikato this morning, and thru went alovjg.-ido the schooner Silver Cloud for a load of coal for her own consumplion. The s.s. Sir Donald sailed for Whangaehu and Blackhead last night for a load of wool. The cutter Clara returned from Mohaka -Inst night, with a full load of wool. Her next trip will probably be to Porangahau. The steamer Maori, Capt. H. Anderson, returned from Wairoa at 3 o'clock this morning, with several passengers, and 50 dumps of wool, which latter she transhipped to the Wave Q,ucon this morning. _ She is to leave again at 10 o'clock to-night for Wairoa. The steamer Oreti, Captain Alexander Campbell, is expected to arrive here from Wellington to-morrow morning, and will sail for Northern ports on Thursday, at 2 p.m. The s.s. Kiwi is expected here to-morrow morning from Wellington and coastal stations, and will sail for the same places at 6 p.m. [by cable.] SYDNEY,~December 19. Arrived, this morning, Pacific Company's steamship City of New York from San Francisco via Auckland.
