H. Glazebrook v. H. Tomoana.—Claim £5 4s 6d, for goods. Mr Lascelles appeared for the plaintiff, who obtained judgment for amount claimed, with costs and solicitor's fee.

Snelling v. J. Barry.—Claira £10, for board and lodging and money lent. Judgment for £9 10s with costs.

Watson and Co. v. E. Ha wkene.—Claim £9 19s for goods. Defendant produced evidence showing that virtually the debt had been paid. Judgment was entered up for the plaintiff for 2s Bd, the plaintiff to pay defendant's costs, including counsel's fee of £1 Is.

Heron v. H. Hanson.—Claim £5 8s 9d, being balance of an 1.0. U. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. Barry v. H. Tomoana.—Claim £21 2s 6d for dishonored P.N. Judgment for claim with costs, counsel's and interpreter's fees, and plaintiffs expenses. Torr Bros. v. Whariatua.—Judgment debt and costa £13 10?. The amount was ordered to be paid by January 4tb, or in default defendant to be imprisoned for one month, and kept at hard labor.

S. Berry v. R. J. Clarke. - Judgment debt and costs £3 lGs. Order made for immediate payment, or 14 days' imprisonment with hard labor. Plaintiff was allowed 5g expenses for attendance.
