No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and object'ous arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. ~..,. , ... The rules and weights ol the tlawke s Bay Jockey Club as in force at the date of the meeting, will be strictly adhered to. Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of " Hack " shall mean a horso that has never started in a weight for age or handicap race.
