The fencing is all thoroughly substantial, and there are over 3000 acres ploughed on various parts of the portion to be sold. All has been sown with the exception of a few smaller blocks which will be ready for sowing this Bea*on. The Rissington homestead block has many valuable improvements, cultivation-pad-docks, etc., a capital country seat, besides containing Mount M'Neill. one of the best grazing billß in Hawke's Buy. Mount Cameron is equally well known, being another block. The Ardlusser Downs are all fit for the plough. Gentle Annie and Smithfiold Downs blocks contain also a larare extent of lands ploughed and laid down in grass, but it is not within the limit of an advertisement to describe each of the blocks that will be sold. The " cutting-up, "of this estate will be of immense advantage to this district, present owners having consented to this course as a step toward realising on the whole of this majraificient property rendered necessary by the death of ono of the partners. Aithouah Rissington Estate is so well-known locally it is not out of place to state that it commences about 18 mi es west from Napier.
