His Honor took his seat at 10 a.m. SUTTON V. DOUGLAS. This was a case to recover a sum of £2000 due on a bond executed between the plaintiff and defendant in April, 18.76. Mr Lascelles appeared for the plaintiff, arid Mr Travers, and Mr Sainebury, instructed by Mr Carlile, for the defendant.
