PORT AHURIRI. ARRIVALS. December. 15—Maori, s.s., foora Wairoa. Passengers —Messrs Banbury, A. Steed, Russell, and three natives. 15 —Sir Donald, s.s., from Fairy Bay. 15 —Admiral, ketch, from Waimarama. DEPARTURES. December. 14 —Fairy, s.s., for Blackhead. » The steamer Maori, Capfc. H. Anderson, returned from Wairoa at 3 o'clock this morning, bringing several passengers and 26 bales of wool. She is to leave again for the same place at 12 o'clock to-night. The steamer Sir Donnld, Capt. J. Q.uinlan, returned From Fairy Bay at 3 o'clock thi9 snorviing, with the ketch Admiral in tow. The s.s. Sir Donald had a cargo of 120 bales of -wool, which she transhipped to the Wnikato during the morning, and the ketch Admiral got 140 bales of -wool from Waimarama, which she has transhipped to the Wave Queen. The s.s. Fairy, Capt. Campbell, left for Blacktead last night for another load of wool. The Union Company's s.s. Arawata leaves Auckland for here this afternoon, and is due at daylight on Saturday, sailing for Southern ports and Melbourne at 11 a.m. The s.s. Rotomahana is to leavo Wellington to-morrow afternoon, and is also due on Saturday, sailing Northwards at 5 p.m. The cutter Clara, Capt. D. Ferney, -was coming in from Mohaka as our report left the Spit. The s.s. Sir Donald is having a new crank shaft fitted, and will not be leaving for the coast again before to-moi'row night. fBY CABLE.] London, December 12. The Merchant Shipping and Underwriter's Association report the arrival of the ship Portland from Timaru (sailed August 14.) Meldot/ene, December 14. Sailed, this afternoon, Union Company's steamer Albion for the Bluff.
