"Tariff " In pursuance of Section 349 (Sub Section 1) of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of JSapier, ordiin as follows :— (1). Clause 4 of Bye-law No 4 shall be altered to read as follows :— "It shall not be lawful for any person to drive any horse or horses loose through cr upon any public street or thoroughfare within the Borough of Napior, except before the hour of 9 a m , or after opm. (2)- Clause 1 of Bye-law No. 16 ahall be alte/ed so as to read as follows :— Tariff—Rateable value not exceeding £12 10s, 6s per unnum. Also add after '* Steam Engines per horse power " the following:— " Upon all lands and buildings to which water can be, but is not, fiippiied, situate within one hundred yards fiom any part of the Waterworks, one half the above mentioned rates. " (3) In Clause 2of Byc-iaw No. Iβ, after the words " high pressure supply are," insert the word '•advised," and at tbe end add the words; "but this clause ia not compulsory. " M. N.
