SYDNEY,
December 10. The cricket match between the English team and eleven of New South Wales was continued to-day at Moore Park. The attendance was very large, and great interest was taken in tbe contest. The Englishmen resumed their first innings, which closed for 272 runs, Barlow being bowled for 75, and Scolton for 25. The play of the visitors was much admired. The New South Wales eleven went in for their first innings, and when tbe stumps were drawn tor tbe day they had put together 164 runs for tbe lo9s of three wickets. The fielding of the Englishmen was very good.
