ARRIVALS. December. g Frank Guy, three-masted schooner, from Weatport. DEPASTURES. December. 6 —Hermione, ship, for London. * Ths three-masted schooner Frank Guy, Captain J. P. Balle, arrived in the roadstead at 4.30 p.m. yesterday from Westport, and -was towed inside by the s.s. Sir Donald and berthed at the breastwork. She reports haying left Westport on the Ist instant at 6pm, with a moderate north-westerly breeze, which lasted till off Cape Farewell on the 4th, when she encountered a S.lj. gale with heavy rain ; got westerly wind on the sth, which carried her through the Straits ; got strong S.F,. gale again off Cape Paliser, accompanied with rain and thunder, which lasted till rounding Cape Kidnappers on the 6fch at 3 p.m., arriving here as above, thus making the run in five days, and the round trip in thirteen days. She brings a full cargo of coal for Mr J. H. Vastier, her owner, which she is discharging to-day. The steamers Sir Donald and Fairy are detained from leaving for the coast by the heavy sea now running. The three-masted schooners Mary Wadley and Silver Cloud leave Newcastle, New South Wales, for here to-morrow. DEPARTURE OF SHIP HERMIONE. Messrs Shaw Savill and Co.'s ship Hermione, Capt. D. T. Roberts, was got under weigh about 9 o'clock last night, and sailed out of the bay with a light south-westerly ■wind. Sbe fired several guns as she left the anchorage, and sent up some rockets, which were answered from the ships in the bay and from the shore.
